With the implementation of the new round of college entrance examination reform,career planning education is urgently to carry out in the senior high school,and Infiltration of professional knowledge in subject teaching is one of the approaches.By summarizing the relevant contents of the current senior high school biology teaching material which is published by People's Education Press,This study enumerates in detail the content which can be used to infiltrate professional knowledge to students by teachers' lecturing and to test the implementation effectiveness of this approach by making the students of a high school in Harbin as the practical object.In order to understand the current situation of career planning for senior high school students,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1757 students in three grades of senior high school in A,B high school located in Shanghai and C,D,E high school located in Harbin.The results show that the situation of career planning for the above five high school students is not ideal.Although about 80% of students are very(relatively)aware of their hobbies,talents,personality,and abilities,but nearly 40% of students do not understand which major and career are suitable for them.About 40% of the students know little about the content and ways of working,the ability and quality requirements,the prospects,the social and economic status,the employment situation and the demand for talent for the occupation which they want to do in the future.Nearly 50% of the students have not planned well for the major they will study and the career they will do in the future.More than 80% of students want school to offer career planning courses.Thus it can be seen that it is necessary to infiltrate professional knowledge into high school biology teaching.Taking for example the current senior high school biology teaching material which is published by People's Education Press,this paper summarizes the content which can permeate the professional knowledge and lists the professional knowledge that teachers can infiltrate to the students in the course of teaching.And some teaching methods such as lecture,presentation,discussion and reading guidance can be used by teachers to infiltrate professional knowledge and must pay attention to some problems.Finally,taking five kinds of occupations,such as anesthesiologist,food processing and examiner,plant protector,biological researcher and biopharmaceutical personnel as examples,the teaching cases of infiltrating these professional knowledge are given.In order to test the effect of infiltrating professional knowledge in teaching to enhance students' career planning consciousness and ability is tested.A total of 84 students from two science classes in F middle school in Harbin city were selected as experimental subjects for a one-semester teaching practice.The results show that after the implementation of teaching penetration,students' understanding of self,occupation,and society has been significantly improved.The survey also showed that students wanted to carry out career planning education no matter before or after the experiment,and they all agree that the way of infiltration should be carry out through subject teaching.Thus it can be seen that infiltrating professional knowledge in high school biology teaching can significantly improve students' career planning level.The results also show that the students want to carry out career planning education in their schools,and they are in favor of the permeation of subject teaching.In high school biology teaching,combining the content of teaching and timely infiltrating professional career planning knowledge to students can help them to understand career information and determine career goals.This study can provide reference to infiltrate career planning knowledge into students in teaching not only for biology teachers but also for other disciplines teachers.
