| Every teacher in the actual teaching may face some of the "students of learning difficulties".How to cope with and transform the students of learning difficulties has become an inevitable topic in the daily education.Especially with the national quality education,we should pay attention to the all-round development of every student,which is the responsibility of teaching and the value embodiment of teachers’ work.This paper mainly studies the definition,causes,types and transformation strategies of underachievers,focusing on the transformation strategies of students with learning difficulties.In educational theory,Thorndike’s law of learning,Skinner’s behaviorism,Bruner constructivism and Ebbinghaus’ s memory curve theory are used in educational practice.In the practice of education,it is emphasized from two aspects of establishing good relationship between teachers and students and improving teachers’ professional accomplishment in order to strive for students’ trust;by making full use of preview and doing well in classroom guidance In the course of setting up the teaching process,it is necessary to reduce the difficulty,the teaching should be close to the reality and the practice exercises according to the students’ practical exercises in the course of setting up the teaching.We should direct instruction,memorizing method guidance,doing methodological guidance,introspection guidance and formation of historical thinking,and attach importance to the cultivation of good learning habits.Because of the reasons for the formation of students with learning difficulties,including schools,families and society,it is necessary to play the role of joint education in the transformation of students with difficulties in learning,including the implementation of multiple evaluation in schools,the creation of a good environment for learning and the building of a learning atmosphere in the family.The characteristic of this article is to give full play to the teacher’s leading role from the perspective of teachers’ teaching,and to infiltrate the transformation work of the students with learning difficulties in the daily teaching,to improve the learning situation of the students and full of the humanistic care of the educators.The purpose is to study and summarize the effective transformation strategy and enrich the theory and reality of the transformation of the students of learning difficulties.Practice Research... |
