Since 2016,when Premier Li Keqiang introduced the craftsman spirit into the "government work report","craftsman spirit" has been widely concerned by the society.It is not only a noble career pursuit,but also a spiritual power to guide us towards a better tomorrow.Secondary vocational education is an important part of China's education system.It shoulders the important mission of training high-quality technical talents.How to cultivate "craftsman spirit" is an important issue for secondary vocational education in China.This article will further study the training path of "craftsman spirit" in secondary vocational education in China,in order to provide suggestions and strategies for the training of artisan spirit in secondary vocational education in China.The research content of this article is mainly composed of six parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated for the research background,research purpose and the significance of the research,and the concept of the artisan spirit and secondary occupation education are defined,according to the main contents of this paper put forward the research ideas and research methods related to.The first chapter of this paper,the main part of the domestic and foreign related research review and analysis,grasp the medium occupation education "artisan spirit" of the research situation,the basic direction and research trends,according to the study of literature,put forward the deficiencies of relevant research and forecasts the future research trend.The second chapter is based on the theory of human capital and the theory of social cognition.The third chapter is about the outline and significance of "craftsman spirit".First,the connotation,historical inheritance and modern interpretation of craftsman spirit are discussed in detail,and a deep understanding of craftsman spirit is made.Secondly,it expounds the importance of the cultivation of "the spirit of the craftsman" to the development of the economy,enterprises,secondary vocational colleges and students in China.The fourth chapter "the lack of secondary occupation education of our artisan spirit culture,this chapter through questionnaire survey on China's vocational students artisan spirit cultivation were investigated,according to China's vocational education artisan spirit lack of detailed analysis,summed up the" vocational education craftsman spirit "lack of attribution training and to provide a basis for further developing path of the artisan spirit".The fifth chapter foreign occupation education artisan spirit culture from Germany and Japan as the "outstanding craftsman spirit" inheritance,occupation education has also been considerable development,through the analysis of the artisan spirit historical inheritance and development characteristics,and then come to the cultivation of our country occupation education "artisan spirit" of the enlightenment.The sixth chapter is about the training path of "craftsman spirit" in secondary vocational education in China.The author elaborates on the training path of "craftsman spirit" in secondary vocational education in four aspects.
