Integrating the spirit of craftsman into talent training mode is not only the objective requirement of social development,but also the inevitable trend of fine development of vocational education.It is also an important spiritual idea put forward in the key period of industrial structure transformation and upgrading in our country.The nineteenth CPC National Congress reports points out that we should build knowledge-based,skillful,innovative laborers,carry forward the spirit of the model and the spirit of the craftsman,and create a glorious social style of labor and a good spirit of excellence.In this context,secondary vocational education,as an important part of vocational education,should also integrate the spirit of craftsman including the technical level and the spirit of dedication into the talent training model,to improve the professional skill level and professional spirit of the secondary vocational students,and to meet the requirements of the enterprises and the needs of the economic development.This article firstly summarizes domestic and international researches from the two dimensions of talent training model and the craftsman's concept.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of the talent training model in the secondary vocational schools,the current situation of the enterprise's requirements for talents,the matching of the talent training mode of the secondary vocational schools and with the development requirements of enterprise talents,it is found that there are some problems in the current talent training mode of secondary vocational schools,such as the immaturity of the course of the craftsman's spirit concept,the unreasonable teaching staff,and the evaluation.Thirdly,the model of multi-dimensional talent training in a secondary vocational school in Anhui is investigated,which is to integrate the spirit of craftsman into the training target,class management,school-enterprise cooperation and teachers' professional development.Finally,based on the study of the current situation of talent training mode,the author puts forward the construction of talent training mode under the spirit of craftsman.For the construction of talent training model under the spirit of craftsmanship,this paper puts forward the design of problem solving from three aspects: the goal of the talent cultivation model,the principle of the talent cultivation model,and the train of thought of the talent training model,so as to discuss the talent training model.The goal of talent training mode is to cultivate technical talents with the professional level of excellence and devotion to work.The talent training model follows the principles of people-oriented,comprehensive development,integrity,and marketability.The train of thought of talent training mode is from market analysis,professional setting,teaching management to employment,and the whole process of talent training is completed by different stakeholders in each stage.On this basis,the implementation of the talent training model under the spirit of craftsmen,that is,diversified talent training model including the “Guidance of Agricultural Supervision Departments” model,the “Coupling of Work and Study” model,and the "Situational Practical Operations” model is provided.Among them,the “Guidance of Agricultural Supervision Departments” model is to cultivate technical talents with adapting to the needs of modern agriculture,operating intelligent machinery and equipment,striving for excellence,and to love and work hard.It is implemented in the aspects of professional setting,curriculum implementation and national policy.The “Coupling of Work and Study” model is to cultivate technical talents with advanced and professional skills,devoting oneself to the work.It is implemented in the aspects of the curriculum design,learning mode,class management,teaching staff and evaluation mechanism.The “Situation Practice Operation” model is to cultivate compound talents with professional knowledge and dedication.It is implemented in the aspects of scene experience,curriculum system,foreign language classes,teaching management and teaching staff.
