Research Into Benefit Evaluation Of Comprehensive Renovation Of Land

To carry out a comprehensive renovation of land is of far reaching importance.The significances lie inadjusting and reorganizing the structure and layout of land use, raising effective farmland area,raising the land·use capability and the yield rate, promoting scale operation of the cultivated land and industrial assemble progress, and improving the ecoenvironmen at the same time.The study of comprehensive renovation of land can take scientific and effective guidance for such projects.This thesis took the program of Wenshang,Jining city for example,viaon—site inspection and expert questionnaires take preliminary shape,by using AHP,optimizing and screening,and then it had initially formed the more equi system of evaluation of Wenshang'S project areas. I established the combinined benefit evaluation system of land consolidation project by selecting 14 evaluation indexs from the land economic effect, social effect and ecological effect.And then I confirmed the index weights by using analytic hierarchy process combined?with Delphi Method.Finally I figured out the combined revenues scores of the land consolidation project and comprehensive improvement project.Through comparative study and the result of investigations,this article draws following conclusions:(1)AHP and fuzzy analysis method are the main methods used in this paper. I established the combinined benefit evaluation system of land consolidation project by selecting 14 evaluation indexs.The 14 evaluation indexs are s investment recovery period, the ratio of benefit to cost, Dynamic indicator, farmland area increasing rate, per unit area of farmland output value increase rate, project total production value increase rate, the degree of improvement in traffic conditions, multiple cropping index, the number of additional farmland to support, construction land area per capita decrement, Land carrying capacity per capita, land reclamation rate, vegetation coverage rate of increase, diversity index and irrigation guarantee rate.(2)In order to test the correctness of the evaluation model,In this paper, I analysis the benefit of the comprehensive improvement of land of Wenshang,and collected the relevant data ?The final score is 85.29. The results from Wenshang county of shandong province Yangdian town land comprehensive improvement project planning and design the report puts forward the goal of basic consistent, show that this research institute to build model is feasible, correct and can be used to benefit of land comprehensive improvement project beforehand and guidance.
