The optimization of production site management is consi-dered as the most effective tool on solving all the problems of enterprise production site ma-nagement.In this paper, the research object is the manganese oxide factory of the Kingray New Materials Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as M company) from the production site elements-manpower,machine, material, method, loop starting, question about staff management, working environment, production planning, quality management and equipment management and other aspects of M company production site problems; Multi-angle analysis the reasons which may cause those problems,setting to solve those problems as the starting point, using the related theories and methods of the production site manage-ment optimization,setting optimization and improvement to achieve the expected goal.Come up with necessary safeguard measures from leadership organization, employee supporting, enterprise regulation, enterprise culture etc.With the research of this paper, due to the introduction and implementation plan of prod-uction site management optimization, expected to explore and improve the traditional produc-tion of M company's blind spots, reduce unnecessary investment, eliminating waste in the production site, to strengthen overall production site management ability, to shorten the prod-uction time, eliminate waste, reduce the cost, improve the production quality and shorten deli-very time,raise up customer satisfaction,and ultimately achieve the goal of helping enterprises to enhance competitiveness.In this paper, although the M company was token as a specific research subject, but the method of production site management optimization also has certain reference significance for other manufacturing enterprises.
