| With the development of the national economy, more and more construction projects are carried out.Because of construction project with large investment,long period,many units involved in the construction process,there are many potential risk factors, which will make the construction target have a certain degree of interference.Therefore,if we want the Development of the construction industry to be healthy and stable,the risk must be managed.The relevant personnel of the developed countries regard the risk management as an important part of the construction project,even as a key to construction project success. Compared with the developed countries, our country's construction project risk management both thought and method of management,there is a big gap.Therefore,for China's construction project management level and investment benefit improvement,strengthening the research of risk management has an important realistic significance.This thesis mainly includes the following research contents:(1) On the whole life cycle of risk management theory, from the owner's point of view,risk identification from all phase of life cycle of construction project, and introduce specific methods of risk identification and risk evaluation method based on the each different risk characteristics.(2) To establish the risk management for the identification, and to establish the life cycle risk factors list. Proposed the establishment of the whole life cycle of construction project investment risk management system, including the establishment of the risk management committee, risk management information system, risk management culture and standardizing the risk management processes.(3) Taking a natatorium project as an example, the risk factors of the whole life cycle of the project are identified according to the specific characteristics and the risk factors of the life cycle. Then, by using the method of AHP, establish the risk assessment model of the whole life cycle of construction projects. |
