Today with the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction industry has experienced the transition from planned economy to market economy, from extensive management to the intensive management mode change.The development of construction industry has been moving in the business is on a large scale,high level of management,technical innovation ability strong direction stride.And the construction industry management personnel as the special management, play a decisive role in the increasingly fierce market competition, the management personnel's performance directly affects the project department and enterprise performance.Therefore,establish a scientific system of performance evaluation is very necessary.With the rapid expansion of the scale of TF Company, scientific and standardized project management of project department has become the key to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Scientific?reasonable?fair performance evaluation, and then conduct post structure optimization, salary adjustment, employee occupation development planning work become an important effect to improve the level of project management.Therefore, project department is an urgent need to establish an effective performance evaluation system to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the project management staff to support company's long-term development.This paper first introduces the research background,significance and characteristics of the project management staff,and puts forward the contents and ways of this study;analyzes the existing performance evaluation system,and the existing problems are analyzed.Through the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard evaluation method,key performance index evaluation method,360 degree evaluation method of performance evaluation tool, determine the different post evaluation index system,evaluation method,evaluation standard,index weight,performance evaluation system for the existing of optimization design of performance evaluation system,and optimized the experimental application and applicability evaluation.This paper tries to design a set of scientific and effective,simple and easy,can really improve the level of employee performance,to meet the development needs of the enterprise performance evaluation system, work for the enterprise performance evaluation of construction to provide certain reference.
