In this way, the advantages of various enterprises are exerted to the greatest to better serve the ultimate customers and to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Container shipping is the most important mode of transportation in international trade, so container shipping enterprises in the whole supply chain must convert ideas and achieve customer value more effectively in the new situation.Excellent process can help enterprises succeed and distinguish them from others. As a result, from the perspective of process optimization, with M Container Shipping Company as an example, this paper discusses export business process optimization solutions for international container shipping companies.By means of literature review, quantitative analysis and case study, with the typical customer T of M Container Shipping Company as the specific research object, this paper studies its export business process optimization solutions and then extends these solutions to international container shipping enterprises and even the whole international container shipping industry.This paper is divided into five parts:Section one describes the current export business process of Customer T and utilizes control charts to measure its performance.Section two uses theories and tools like fishbone diagram,5WHY analysis, Pareto diagram to find the quality problems in the current export business process of Customer T, analyze various reasons behind these problems and sort these reasons in accordance with the extent of the impact.
