Safe Management Comprehensive Evaluation And Countremeasure Research For Hongang NO.3 Mine

Taking Shenyang Hongyang No.3 Mine as the research object, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of safety management. It also puts forward rectifications and constructive countermeasures to the problems in the process of safety management. They are as follows:Firstly, according to the relevant theory and regulations in our country, this paper makes a research on evaluation index system of safety management. It is based on the practical safety management of Hongyang No.3 Mine in Shenyang Coal Industry (Group) Co, Ltd.Secondly, it suggests that different levels should use different evaluation methods according to the evaluation index system of safety management. By means of establishing fuzzy mathematical models, it makes a systematic analysis and evaluation on the following eight factors of the system:the safety management mode; the safety management mechanism; the system of safety production; the safety blueprint and plans; the safety routine meetings and safety quality supervision; the safety training and special types of certificates; the management of accident or incident; the rescue and health cares in mines. In the end it draws the evaluation conclusion.Finally, it comes up with the countermeasures to the existing problems in the safety management system from 3 aspects:the problems in the evaluation process, the safety management and the safety technical measures.
