Study On The Decision-making Ability Of Enterprise Leaders

Decisions always play a decisive role in the development of enterprise and the decision-making ability of the administrator of enterprise is the key to company’s success. Shaping the core competitiveness of enterprise and heading in the market competition are both dependent on the relative decisions of the managers. Optimization of enterprise decision-making mechanism and improvement in the effectiveness of decision-making has very positive impact on the development on the enterprises.In this paper, the problem and causes of the decision-making ability of enterprise managers are analyzed based on the relative theory in company management. And related countermeasures are proposed correspondently. The paper consists of five parts. They are separately the introduction, relative theory about the decision-making of the enterprise administrator, the problem and causes in the leaders’ policy making ability, measures to improve the leadership decision-making ability and the case analysis.
