Accelerate development of information economy puts forward the new challenges and requirements to the talent reserve of securities industry. The talent reserve of securities industry is influenced by the internal and external environmental of enterprises development. Internally, talents reserves need focus on the strategic target of enterprise development; deeply analyzes the talent reserve status of enterprises, such as the quantity, quality, level, structure and the job matching degree.Externally, the talent reserve is influenced by the industry characteristics, industry structure, and industry development stage.Bohai Securities as an example, because the important effect of talent in the enterprise value creation process, Bohai Securities management realizes the importance of strengthening talent reserve and takes serial action, such as attracting talent, exploring talent, cultivating talent, managing talent, introducing talent, building talent. However, it exists many problems, such as the shortage of innovation talent reserve and talent echelon construction, the mismatch between the talent recruitment and the business development, incomplete personnel reserve system, all of these also reflect the current basic status talent reserve of China's securities industry. As the same time, this thesis also analyzes talent status of Bohai Securities by SWOT, and puts forward the main talent reserve target at present.Aimed at the problems above, first, it should formulate the talent reserve strategy. Including the position and the quantity of reasonable talent reserve, standard talent reserve selection process, complete talent reserve training system, top management attention. Secondly, it should improve the talent reserve process. Including complete talent reserve channels, introduction of high level talent by multi-channels; complete organizational structure of the talent reserve to meet innovative business and talent reserve; complete incentive system of the talent reserve to strengthen the activity and power of the talent reserve; internal talent training and excavation to strengthen the talent construction; employer brand construction to create the good talent reserve environment.
