Along with the development trend of economic globalization and the impact of new technologies such as internet on the traditional financial industry,the competition among financial industry enterprises is also increasingly fierce.As talent intensive industry,human resources as the core competitiveness of financial industry,not only need to be built to meet the need of enterprises operating current human resources management system,to achieve the future enterprise development strategy of the construction of the talent reserve management strategy and contains talent reserve management of human resources management structure optimization are also important.The development of talent reserve management in China is relatively short,and the level of talent reserve management in financial industry enterprises varies.This article through to the financial industry enterprises to carry out the talent pool of the operation situation of internship program after investigation and analysis,choice for financial related professional graduates of colleges and universities,the financial industry,through the method of questionnaire research and analysis enterprise talent pool management object,the future development of financial industry enterprises core strength of the talent pool professional demands of the operation of project.Based on the results of questionnaire survey,that is,the inauguration of managed object demand(personal ability to ascend and reasonable compensation design)as the foundation,combined with the operation status and the future development of the enterprise strategic needs,from talent pool project design to late regulatory operation,targeted for the enterprise to develop talent reserve strategy,and the structure of human resources management is optimize.The empirical research of this paper help financial industry enterprises to improve the talent reserve project planning,including the preparatory work before the project,the supervision work during the process of the project and the inspection work at the end of the project.This paper puts forward the measures and suggestions to ensure the smooth development of the talent reserve strategy,and helps enterprises to seize the opportunity of industry development by taking the talent reserve and talent management as the platform,so form a echelon form the internal talent management structure of enterprises with echelon style and become the backbone force for enterprises to realize leapfrog development.
