Human resource management in modern enterprises is made up of four components: selection, utilization, training and retention. Recruitment and selection, as the first component, will directly influence the human resource input and quality of the enterprise. More scientific mode and more standard process design of recruitment will result in employees with better inner quality which will enable the enterprise to develop better and realize strategies and developing goals in a more efficient way. Based on the basic theory of recruitment management of human resource, this paper is designed to analyze important content of main links of recruitment as well as propose integrated recruitment mode related with the development status, goals and problems existing in employee recruitment of A Pharmaceutical Company, i.e. carry out horizontal integration for internal and external factors as well as recruitment channels and vertical integration for process of the main links of recruitment and carry out research and evaluation of integrated recruitment result to achieve the goal of recruitment problems solving and recruitment efficiency improving. Finally, conclusion and expectation on the research of implementation of integrated employment mode of A Pharmaceutical Company will be given in this paper.
