A Research On The Improvement With The Performance Management System Of M Commercial Bank

The modern commercial bank takes return on investment as the operation objective, making the modern commercial bank become the" enterprise". Specifically, the modern commercial bank is inherently the modern enterprise. In the intense competition, as an enterprise, the modern commercial bank is under great pressure of growth and supervision. As a result, the internal management of modern commercial bank plays a prominent role in facing intense competition and great pressure. In the modern commercial bank's internal management, whether the performance management is effective or not is one of the most important factors. The performance management will largely decides the realization of internal strategy target, the optimization of management system, the prevention of business risk, the effectiveness of organizational productivity, and the stability of talents.At the present stage, with the development of modern commercial bank, the original performance appraisal system is out of date and doesn't meet the requirements of the times. It is necessary to establish a more reasonable performance management system in order to conform to the new situation and adapt to the new need of modern commercial. This paper studies the M commercial banks, beginning from the related thesis of the design of the performance system, goes into details of the situation of original performance management and puts forward the existed problems. The paper focuses on the overall plan of planning, organizing, assessment, communication and the application of performance. Considering the characteristics of staff from different positions and ranks, the author uses BSC and KPI to build an assessment index system of size, effectiveness, structure, quality, and compliance, as well as the concrete plan and safeguard.
