As commercial Banks become more and more standardized and systematized,performance management has attracted more and more attention in commercial Banks.Performance management can promote the realization of the strategic goals of commercial Banks,improve the internal communication of commercial Banks,strengthen the incentive mechanism of commercial Banks and enhance the management ability of commercial Banks.Therefore,a scientific,reasonable and perfect performance management system can improve the operating efficiency of commercial Banks,promote the continuous improvement of commercial Banks,and optimize the corporate culture of commercial Banks.At present our country commercial bank is not yet mature,the application of performance management is only periodically task-oriented as a result,the oversight in accordance with the duty to set up performance indicators,ignore the work of counseling and communication,simplify the fair application of performance appraisal results,make the domestic commercial Banks in the development of short-term performance outstanding,but it is difficult to sustainable development,for the long-term development of the commercial Banks there is no essential role in promoting.Based on SZ secondary branch employees as the research object,based on performance management related theory,using literature study,questionnaire,interview method,fnd the current performance management system in post performance indicators designing,performance counseling and communication,performance evaluation,performance result applied problems.Based on SZ analysis of secondary branch related performance management material,secondary research SZ bank branch staff performance management present situation,the analysis of the secondary branch performance management problems and reasons,points post study accord with the characteristics of secondary branch SZ bank improvement program.The scheme includes the lobby manager,account manager and teller of the secondary branch bank,and according to the requirements of SZ bank's performance management system,the scheme is practicable.The improvement of the performance management system of the existing secondary branch of SZ bank can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and promote the development and implementation of SZ banking business strategy.
