This thesis aims at the performance evaluation of power supply company in F city, providing a positive reference for the work of performance management in enterprises through a profound analysis on performance evaluation of the company.During the procedure, the methods and theories like questionnaires, on the site investigation, documents analyses are adopted. First of all, the thesis makes an analysis on the previous performance evaluation management and discovers that current middle managers perform poorly and there's no efficient communication about performance between different department, which raise the risk that business plan in the company might be delayed, the communication between departments are not enough, the motivation of the staff is lowered, performance management system is not standardized or not fully carried out and taken into effect and last but not least the performance management operation system is not perfect. Based on the thorough understanding of performance management mode and current performance management operation, the analytic suggestion is put forward that the company will create a functional performance environment to perfect performance evaluation organizational institutions and improve its evaluation methods. Meanwhile, through the adoption of a divided mode:general strategic goal?performance goal of departments? personal performance goal, scientific evaluation system will be constructed; performance communication and feedback will be strengthened; application of evaluation results will be widened; an efficient performance management information system will be established. The improvement in the above six parts aims to establish an overall performance evaluation system which matches the development strategy of power supply companies, eventually enhancing the performance evaluation management of power supply company of F city. Meanwhile, this thesis also hopes to provide references to other enterprises on performance management.
