Influence And Countermeasures Of The Internet On The Outskirts Of The City Development

Since the 21 st century, with the rapid development of internet, the cities in the east of China have already entered the information society, which are likely to revive their local economic to be speed-development. However, there are still some suburban areas of some cities in the east of China with the low development. The main reason which leads the low development is that large populations of migrant workers live in suburban areas because of the low living cost, in order to cause the suburban areas densely populated. Moreover, the indexes of the low degree of education, the complex structure of units and the pool environment and communication facilities all lead the low development of suburban areas, low income of citizens and low safety level of community. In order to fix those above situations, all government and agencies have been seeking a good development platform and opportunity. In the National People's Congress(NPC) in 2015, government has presented the “internet+” plan, this plan would bring the new development opportunity to the suburban areas of those cities which are in the east of China, and the integration of national resources could make the suburban areas to speed up their economic development. Right now, with the infiltration and development of internet to the city suburban areas, the immense effect of economic development of suburban areas has been presented by this plan. In order to achieve the rapid development of economic in suburban areas of cities by internet, it is necessary to make research of the effect between internet to suburban areas of cities.This research through the studying of the specific of suburban areas of cities to analysis the present status of the suburban areas, find out the restriction factors and effect factors of the development of suburban areas, and also detect the countermeasures of how useful for internet to the suburban areas. This research has included 5 parts, the first is to discuss and analysis the present status of literatures in China and overseas; the second part is to combine the development present situation of the internet in China, to analysis the suburban internet development; the third part is to find out the effect indexes by internet to suburban areas; fourthly, this research would base on those indexes to analysis and seek out that how internet can promote the development from internet to suburban areas, as well as to provide the countermeasures and recommendations; and the final part is always the reference.
