After the reform and open policy,the status of private economy stands out in Chinese economy. It not only promoted the rapid development of Chinese economy,but also played an important role in stabilizing employment. As an important part of the private economy, the family enterprise is of great importance to the healthy development of China's national economy.With the globalization speeding up, international economic has a trend of integration, thus the Chinese family enterprise faces unprecedented challenges. In order to have an unique advantage in the fierce competion, the family enterprise should change the management mode, defeat the competitor with better product, excellent service and lower price. Outsourcing, especially the human resource outsourcing,gradually becomes the important driving force for the fundamental change of family enterprise. Because of the constraint of size, fund and management of human resources which limited the development of family enterprise. Human resource outsourcing can solve this problem well, so family enterprise can use their limited resources to develop their core business so that it is able to remain invincible.This paper takes the human resource outsourcing of family enterprise as the study object. We firstly introduced the social background and significance of the research and summarized the historical studies of domestic and foreign scholars on family enterprise human resource management, the HRO and its risks. Then we elaborated relevant theories of human resource outsourcing. At the same time, through combining with the current situation of human resource management in family enterprise, we discussed the problems of HRO. This paper systematically identified the risks of family enterprise human resource outsourcing from two dementions,the source of risks and the process of outsourcing. That is pointing out the risks from three aspects which includes the internal control of family enterprise, outsourcing business providers and the externalenvironment and the four process of human resource outsourcing. At the end of this paper,we put forward the corresponding strategies.
