Enterprise Human Resource Management Outsourcing Research, And Their Risk

Along with fast development of economy and increasingly furious market competition, as a fresh managing manner, human resource management outsourcing gradually shows its necessity and essentiality. Their relationship and the environment of internal and external are an uncertainty, and these may cause many potential risks. We must attach importance to outsourcing risks management if we want to successfully carry out human resource management outsourcing activities under the dynamic market environment.The research contents of this paper are based on internal and foreign human resource management outsourcing risk theories. Firstly, this paper analyses the risks of human resource management outsourcing risks based on outsourcing workflow. It puts forward the concept of the most superior contract and proposes the tentative plan. These models provide constructive suggestion to the enterprises that will carry out human resource management outsourcing in the quantitative and qualitative aspect. Then, this paper puts forward some measures to guard risks following different stages of human resource management outsourcing, such as preparatory stage, implementation stage, management stage. And builds the model of principal-agency between the enterprise and the outsourcing vendor. Lastly, through an example of the company K, it analyses the risks of human resource management outsourcing and gives some measures specifically, that can provide some profitable reference and help for human resource management outsourcing.
