The Analysis Of The Game Theory In The Process Of Real Estate Development By The Real Estate Developers

On the perspective of real estate developers, the thesis tries to analyze the key issues during the real estate development by using the game theory.Through the game analysis of this thesis, the thesis wish to help the management of real estate developers to find the strategy of the game theory in the specific real estate development and management.This thesis introduces the real estate development process and the focus of the problem, which are analyzed with game theory. Focus on:in real estate development take to the stage, land tenure tender auction listing process, through the game between real estate developers and government analysis, established to obtain land use right bidding model and comprehensive competitive factors of game competition method; in the construction phase of real estate development, through the game between real estate developers and construction contractor analysis, single game model of the cooperation and long-term cooperative game model establishing, and points out the game participants only cooperation can win. Combining with case study and the game model, the real estate developers use game theory of strategic thinking and take to the stage for analysis of repeated game, and ultimately achieve Pareto optimal strategy to obtain land use rights, contributing to the real estate developers and the government to achieve a win-win situation.
