The Research Of Coal Resources City Transformation Strategy Based On The Analysis Of The Coupling Coordination Degree

As a typical coal resource city,Liaoyuan city is suffering slow development and serious issues such as ecological environment issue with destruction of its coal resource.Therefore,Liaoyuan government proposes transformation strategy,and with the states' strong support of policy and funding,achieving good results.This paper takes Liaoyuan city as study area,combining its coal resource-based feature,building index system from urban development level and resource environment level.Urban development level is divided into three aspects(population,social economic conditions,land-use),resources and environment level is also divided into three aspects(environment support,environmental pollution,environmental governance),using entropy value method respectively to determine the index weight,using the coupled coordination degree analysis method to calculate the level of coupling coordination degree of urban development and resources and environment level of Liaoyuan city in 1992,1995,1998,2001,2004,2007,2010,2013,getting the result of the level of coupling coordination degree of urban development and resources and environment level of Liaoyuan city in 1992,1995,1998,2001,2004,2007,2010,2013,in order,0.6397,0.6554,0.6796,0.6554,0.7196,0.7548,0.8597,0.9517.This paper uses the result of the city development and resource environment level coupling coordination degree what has calculated to analysis the driving factors quantitatively(grey correlation model),concluding that the main driving factors are the coal mining and washing industry accounted for the proportion of GDP,the percentage of the population density,unemployed personnel the percentage of the total population of urban development level index and industrial sulfur dioxide emissions,coal mining and washing industry carbon emissions,the built up area greening coverage of resources and environment level indicator.This paper suggests that Liaoyuan government optimize the industrial structure adjustment further,develop high and new technology industries,strengthen environmental pollution control and the protection of ecological environment,making the level of coupling coordination degree of urban development and resources and environment level of Liaoyuan city improve continuously,achieving sustainable development at last.
