In this era of information explosion,through mobile terminal device access to knowledge has become a popular trend. With the widespread use of wechat,people have not only the use of wechat stays in its communication capabilities, but more to explore its effect of enterprise capacity promotion.Under the background of Internet e-commerce business enterprises are facing more complex and dynamic environment, and dynamic capability as a source of sustainable competitive advantage, its construction and upgrading can not be separated from effective learning. Using wechat to learn more and more paid attention by the enterprise, the research of using wechat learning to enhance the dynamic capabilities of enterprises is less, and for wechat learning is also lack of research. The emergence of wechat has changed our understanding of learning. This paper based on the research of wechat learning and dynamic capabilities, taking the business enterprise as the research object for the first time, in order to explore the impact of wechat study on dynamic capabilities of enterprises.This paper takes the business enterprise as the research object, through the study of the impact of WeC hat learning on the dynamic capability of enterprise, we reveal the effect that new learning methods to enhance the ability of e-commerce business.In this paper,we first define the concept of wechat learning and dynamic capabilities, the dimensions of dynamic capabilities according to the feature of the business enterprise can be divided into four dimensions, which are perceived ability, integration ability, flexible ability and innovation ability. Secondly, through the construction of the model, this paper draws on the existing mature measurement scale from domestic and foreign, combined with the characteristics of the business enterprise, and designs the questionnaire; Third, this article uses the SPSS17.0 data statistics software test the sample. After small sample test, this paper makes a statistical analysis of 249 large samples, which verified 5 research hypotheses of this paper. The results show that wechat learning has a positive impact on the dynamic capabilities of the e-commerce enterprise; E-commerce enterprises can enhance the dynamic capabilities through wechat learning. Finally, based on the conclusions of the study, this paper puts forward the management implications, limitations and future research prospects.Through the study the impact of wechat learning on the dynamic capabilities of e-commerce companies, the paper combined with wechat and mobile learning characteristics we define the concept of wechat learning. With the characteristics of e-commerce enterprise, we intensive study e-commerce enterprise dynamic capabilities, which rich the wechat learning and dynamic capabilities theory, realize the innovation of research content. Different from the previous research angle of organizational learning, This paper introduces the wechat learning to explore the promotion of the dynamic capabilities of e-commerce enterprises. It opens up a new perspective to build and enhance the dynamic capab ilities of enterprises, and also provides a new way to enhance the dynamic capabilities of e-commerce enterprises.
