With the spread of the Internet, and the rapid development of technology and electronic commerce, a new entrepreneurial model has been brought out—E-commerce venture. Which can not only bring business value equal to the traditional business, but also have a unique advantage, and provide a survival and development space for enterprise business. However, with the influence of empirical knowledge shortage, business model and social network imperfect etc. which called "novelty disadvantage", e-commerce star-up enterprise in growth early show high uncertainty and fuzziness. Therefore, a research about how to improve the electronic commerce entrepreneurial performance has very important practical significance.In the former research, most schoolars have foucused on the advantages of the electronic business, internet consumption behavior, comparison smong different e-commerce businiss model, some technical factors affect the electronic commerce entrepreneurial performance, as well as the organization and the organizational flexibility. But less to study the field about entreprenurial learning how to improve the electronic commerce entrepreneurial performance, especially in the background of the times, and from the point of view of dynamic capabilities. So this paper takes electronic business venture performance as variable, dynamic capabilites as entermediary variable, to explore the mutual relationshiop between them under the adjuctment effect of enterprise nerwork.On the basis of the literature reading and finishing, this paper constructs a theory model of entrepreneurial leaning through dynamic ability to effect the e-commerce venture performance. And combines with the electronic commerce special working environment, every wariable has been dicided several dimensions. entrepreneurial leaning is divides into opportunity recognition, resource sharing, and organization action; dynamic ability is divided into rapid response,innovation change, cooperation; e-commerce venture performance is divided into survivability performance and growth performance; enterprise network is divided into strong relationship and weak one. And through the case of variable interview to preliminary check the relationship between the variables. Then, using quetionnaire survey to collect data, and using software spss17.0and amos7.0to analysis the data, mainly include descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and the validity of the test, etc. The final analysis results show that: entrepreneurial leaning have a positive impact on electronic commerce entrepreneurial performance; dynamic ability has the positive influence to electronic commerce entrepreneurial performance; entrepreneurial leaning has a positive impact on dynamic ability, and dynamic capabilities play a intermediary role in the process of entrepreneurial leaning effecting the entrepreneurial performance; and enterprise network has played regulatory role in the both process of entrepreneurial leaning to dynamic capabilities and dynamic capabilities to the business performance.the biggest innovation in this study is that on the base of electronic commerce field, from the point of view of venture learning, dynamic capabilities, enterprise network, to comprehensive consider their effect to electronic commerce entrepreneurial performance, and construct a new model in this field. through the theory discussion and empirical analysis, this model has been proved, which provide a theoretical framework and empirical basis for the future research.
