Ever since the 21 st century,the companies have realized the importance of innovation with the development of social economy/ the improvement of science and technology as well as the speed up of international resource allocation.In 2014,Premier Li Keqiang put up with the conception of “ Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”.A series of favorable policies has been launched ever since,leading to eliminate some long-term existence hardware obstacles which manacle the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.Innovation culture is the main power for the companies to maintain their constant innovation activities.It can provide domestic technological companies valuable information for transformation and updating with the study of how innovation culture influences the development of companies.However,the traditional path analysis involves little about organizational learning and dynamic environment while both of them play an important role in the development of modern technical companies.Neglect and weaken of them can lower down the empirical meaning of those kinds of researches.This paper deeply analyzes the transmission mechanism and preparatory causes between enterprises innovation culture and dynamic capability.This paper divides enterprise innovation culture into three layers which are material/ behavioral norms/ value to find out its influence path to enterprises dynamic capability.As for the organizational learning,there are two ways of organizational ambidexterity learning.One is exploratory learning and the other is use learning.Adding dynamic environment as the moderator variable into study model can strength its explanatory.In the end,this paper uses the ambidexterity variable as intervening variable to discover the relationship among the innovation culture/ ambidexterity and dynamic capability.During the empirical research,this paper analyzes 456 copies of valid questionnaire which are from the employee in high-new tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province.Results show that innovation culture has significant positive correlation with dynamic capability through material and behavioral mechanism while value has non-significant correlation with enterprises dynamic capability.Applying ambidexterity learning in companies can significantly improve enterprises dynamic capability.Meanwhile,the dynamic environmental factor has significant regulating effect among innovation culture/ ambidexterity learning and dynamic capability.The research shows that tech companies are influenced deeply by dynamic environment.In that case,developing strength enterprises innovation culture can increase their dynamic capability thus improve their competitive advantage in the market.
