The Game Analysis On The Agricultural Supply Chain Model Including Company,Cooperative And Farmer Based On Fairness Preference

<The State Council's development opinions about support leading enterprise of agriculture industrialization > Guo Fa [2012] No.10 stressed the need to increase support for the agriculture industrialization leading enterprises(company)links farmer's cooperatives,efforts to led farmers development,and explore the agricultural supply chain model including company,cooperative and farmer actively.In the agricultural supply chain model including company,cooperative and farmer,how to solve the distribution of interests of all parties is the core issue.Moreover,a large number of game experiments show that the behavior of people with fairness preferences in economic activities,and these psychological preferences also affect the decisions of perpetrator,so this article studies the agricultural supply chain model including company,cooperative and farmer based on the perpetrator's fairness preferences.The main research are as follows:First,this article describes the two different agricultural supply chain model about“company & farmer” and the model including company,cooperative and farmer,outlines the advantages and disadvantages of the two models.Under the “company &farmer” model,the company and the farmer signed a production contract,the company manages the farmer directly,the model forms the integration of production,purchase and sale,achieves the increasing income of farmer.The model including company,cooperative and farmer is based on the “company & farmer” model,the cooperative as a bridge of communication between the company and the farmer,as long as the company signed a contract with the cooperative,and the cooperative manages the farmer uniformly.This article through introduces the two modes and expounds the specific case,gets the conclusions: The model including company,cooperative and farmer is better than the “company & farmer” model on enhance the status of the farmer,and the links between stakeholders more closely.Secondly,this article includes fairness preferences in the cooperatives and farmer's utility function,and builds the evolutionary game model of company and cooperative,cooperative and farmer.The evolutionary game analysis results of local stability and parameters' changes indicate that the initial state of the game can affect the evolutionary trend firstly,at the same time the cost of the active strategy,the margin between high-income choice active strategy and low-income choice passive strategy,and the farmer's fairness preferences.The numerical analysis further explains and verifies conclusions of the studies,finally proposes recommendations for the results.The innovations of the game that considers fairness preference makes the game study more realistic,and the provide proposals for the healthy development of the model including company,cooperative and farmer to play its advantage.
