Study On The Industrial Production Centralized Purchasing Project Management For FRB Group

The rapid development of economic informatization makes growing competition between enterprises, while purchasing management activities have become crucial. Traditional decentralized purchasing management cannot meet the needs of enterprises' development. In order to reduce the risk and time cost of decentralized purchasing, centralized purchasing mode arises at the historic moment. FRB Biological Technology Group (FRB Group) invested in the construction of industrial park and production base in 2011, and set up the industrial production system. But as a result of the cumbersome management organization, and unscientific management mode, there are some problems in the whole process of purchasing, causing some unnecessary loss. This paper focuses on applying the knowledge of project management into the industrial production centralized purchasing of FRB group. Project management is a process that plan, execute, control and optimize the project from the beginning to the end of the project in order to achieve the project objectives. Industrial production centralized purchasing of FRB Group by project management, is helpful to solve relevant problems in purchasing activities and integrate and control various resources, give full play to the advantages of economies of scale, optimize, distribute and share resources, improve the purchasing efficiency and reduce purchasing costs of production.The paper conducts the thorough study on how to apply project management into the group in the centralized purchasing industrial production, using the FRB Group's industrial production centralized purchasing as the study object, and adopting the method of combining the theory with practice. Firstly, the paper describes the background and significance of the topic of the article, the present situation and its review of study, the study content and methods, as well as technical route. Secondly, the paper expounds the theoretical basis of the article, including related theory of project management, the connotation and process of project management. Looking a breach for the FRB Group's industrial production centralized purchasing project, it analyses the necessity and feasibility of the purchasing project, and lays the foundation for FRB Group centralized purchasing management by project. On this basis, it states the project planning phase of the industrial production centralized purchasing for FRB Group, combining with the particularity of centralized purchasing work to make the plan of project, corresponding to the working characteristics to optimize the plan approval and delivery process. Thirdly, it analyzes and expounds the implementation stage of the work, mainly on the four aspects of implementation phase, i.e., the trading process of supplier selection management, transportation management, warehousing management. Finally, it does research about the control and effect evaluation for FRB Group's centralized purchasing management by project, and establishes control and effect evaluation system to improve the quality and efficiency of project, and provide data support for further improving purchasing projects.
