Knowledge sharing is one of the necessary conditions for the organization to maintain a competitive advantage, and effective knowledge sharing can improve the project performance and help the project succeed. However, it is different from the general organization, the project team has its own characteristics, such as targeted, temporary, diversity and openness. When project members share knowledge, they are affected by various factors. This paper is based on Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) to build a theoretical model of influencing factors of project member’s knowledge sharing behavior. The independent variables include individual, cultural, and technological factors of three modules, a total of nine factors. The dependent variable is divided into a knowledge contribution behavior and knowledge collecting behavior. This study collects data by questionnaire and use methods of structural equation model to validate the model. This study validated that self-efficacy, outcome expectations, face, guanxi, system quality have a significant impact on knowledge sharing behavior, and have different effects on knowledge contribution behavior and knowledge collecting behavior, self-efficacy, outcome expectations, face gaining, expressive guanxi, obligational guanxi, system quality have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior; face saving, instructive guanxi have a significant negative effect on knowledge sharing behavior; the information quality has no significant impact on knowledge contribution behavior and knowledge collected behavior; self-efficacy has a positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior, but can also have an impact on knowledge sharing behavior through intermediary role of outcome expectation. Finally, according to the findings, this study provides some suggestions for achieving effective knowledge sharing.
