The rapid development of the Internet and the integration of traditional industries made the old and new economic boundaries blurred, which provides great opportunities for the development of O2O business model. Although as a new business model O2O has gained rapid development in industrial practice, most of the relevant studies on the operation model and explains, which lacks deep theoretical explanation and analysis of mechanism of O2O. So Applying the economic theory to study would have a great practical significance.Firstly, O2O realized a great innovation relative to the traditional business model, which becomed a trend. Our research framework based on the four-dimensional model, and we systematically elaborate the innovation mechanism of O2O business model from four aspects of concept, interaction, organization and technology. The results show that:O2O is not only a traditional operation mode to "webify" but the core form of future business model. O2O's deep connotation lies in the integration of Internet thinking and traditional economic, which leads the innovation of enterprise organization mode and production technology and then feeds back into Internet environment to deepen concepts such as experience economy, sharing economy, platform economy and so on. Secondly, In the practice of enterprise O2O, which were divided into two kinds of two typical models. This paper analyses two typical models to construct a framework about the actions of three parties which including businesses, platform and consumers. We also discuss selection strategy of businesses which need nail the internet. The results show that:The category of the product decides the services'coupling degree of O2O, and thus the selection strategy of businesses. We find that the businesses which provide "service products" choose to join a third-party platform website, while the businesses which provide "physical products" choose to set up their own platforms.The research based on the analysis of business model of O2O industry development and mode characteristics, From three angles which is what O2O is, why and how the company implemented O2O to elaborate the evolution of connotation, mode innovation and operation strategy. According to the analysis results of models the research put forward the conclusion and enlightenment, for enterprises to implement O2O.
