In recent years, L company in earnestly implement the "big five" three set employee training examination system, guided by the company training plan, to key positions and staff,professional and technical personnel, NongDianGong training posts as the key point, phasing in modular training, has obtained certain achievements, but there are still some problems in planning and project management and the insufficiency: one is the implementation of training plan is not strong rigidity, lack of pertinence and effectiveness, on-site training, with a heavy theory, light field situation still exists, can't implement training plan, affect the overall effect of training. Second, the training method is relatively simple, make learning become a mere formality, discontinuous training process. 3 it is lack of training qualified teachers, some professional training to carry out difficult. Four is skill training facilities is relatively backward,the lack of a scientific, modernized training equipment and facilities. Five education training mechanism is not perfect, although I in recent years, constantly explore the various ways of human resource development, establish the corresponding training management system and incentive measures, but in the education training assessment and there are weak links, and how to enhance the training effect of education training for employees and the enthusiasm of autonomous learning has not been fully mobilized.This paper first analyzes the training, the content about the development of the enterprise and the staff, expounds the relationship between enterprise development and employee development,study the academic research on the theory of enterprise training at home and abroad, and study the guidance of the theory in this paper. Then to L company as the research object, the actual human resources was introduced and analyzed and the status of the competence, training the status quo,through access to company data, interviews with employees, observation before training, training,training of employees, as well as the methods of questionnaire survey, data analysis, find the existing problems, and these problems are needed in the process of training plan formulation implementation should pay attention to overcome them and need to improve. Then on the basis of the training scheme design principles, combined with the development and the requirement of enterprise development, and employees, a questionnaire survey was conducted from the aspects of employee and enterprise, comprehensively analyzes the training needs in detail. And then put forward the common development can promote the enterprise and the staff training plan, trainingof teachers team construction, training content design, the choice of the ways of training, and improve the training effect evaluation and so on one by one.
