Resource depletion and environment pollution is a serious problem that human beings are facing at present, it not only affects the development of modern economy and human life, also affect the economy and the sustainable development of human beings in the future. So how to coordinate the growth of economy, environment and resource problems, is China faces severe challenges at present. Although green growth has become a national important strategy, but it is lack of a set of scientific, complete green growth policies in China. In this paper, based on this background, the influence factors in the process of green growth policies, and the specific how to analyze its impact on China's green growth policies, and targeted policy suggestions, to provide theory for the establishment of China's green growth policies for help.Currently, more and more scholars use qualitative research as the main research means, grounded theory as the most scientific method in qualitative research, has successfully absorbed the essence of quantitative research methods, improve the systematic and scientific research.This study will be grounded theory as the main research method, choose relevant knowledge of experts and scholars as the interview object, the maximum guarantee scientific and can helps for the data.Use DEMATEL method at the same time as the main analytical tools, the analysis of the effect of different factors affect how green growth policy making, and targeted puts forward policy Suggestions.This study by applying grounded theory and the DEMATEL method, analysis of the main influence factors of green growth policies, consensus don't make the three core categories of influencing factors, the policy environment, policy attributes and the game of stakeholders, three categories of consensus don't out of the nine core factors, respectively is policy environment under the category of international experience stress, the comprehensive national strength, environmental capacity and values;Policy attributes under the category of strategic height, the effect of policy evaluation and policy experience;Game of stakeholders under the category of policymakers' cognition and the aspirations of the target group.By quantitative methods to analyze the nine core factors, received a strategic height and policy of the environmental capacity, policy makers of the three key factors influencing the cognition, and put forward policy Suggestions in view of the present status of pertinent.The basic framework of the study including:The first part:Introduction.In this part, I mainly introduce the research background of this study, and explains the research method and technical route of this paper.Part ?:Introduction of the theory and literature. Specifically introduces the theoretical concepts of green growth and green growth policies, and research status at domic and abroad review. While introduced the original of the grounded theory and the DEMATEL, process characteristics and the specific application.Part ?:Identification of green growth policy factors based on Grounded Theory. The present study describes the use of the theoretical impact study to obtain green growth policy making specific factors, as well as obtaining major policy environment, property policy, the role of the main body, the main conclusion of the study the implementation of a total of four major core concepts.Part ?:Factors analysis based on the DEMATEL methods. It introduces the research process of how to use the DEMATEL to analysis factors obtained above, and get the conclusions.Part ?:Conclusion analysis and policy recommendations. This section draw final conclusions, and corresponding policy recommendations based on the research process., and with the study limitations and the prospect.
