Green Growth Key Influence Factors Study Of 3PL Enterprises In China

The third-party-logistics(3PL)as an important part of the modern logistics industry,providing customers with professional and systematic integrated logistics services through systematic operation and comprehensive logistics system design.China's third-party logistics industry is still in its infancy,facing a lot of problems.Such as high cost,low level of information technology,serious environmental pollution and high carbon emissions.In the green development context,it is of great practical significance to realize the green growth of 3PL industry.According to Resource-Based-View(RBV),enterprises are a collection of resources.But because of the scarcity of resources,enterprises should focus resources in the 20% key factors.So,the aim of this paper is to find out the key decisive factors to realize green growth within the 3PL enterprises.Around the purpose of this study,the main contents of this paper include the following aspects:First,the concept of 3PL and green growth theory is defined,and the present situation and existing problems of 3PL industry in China are analyzed.Second,this paper uses the method of literature research and case study to identify the factors that influence the green growth of 3PL enterprises.Based on this,the influencing factors index system is constructed.Third,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the experts and scholars of the logistics industry were invited to compare the influencing factors to obtain the original weight of each influencing factor.Fourth,this paper analyses the interaction mechanism between the influence factors of green growth by using DEMATEL theory,and clarifies the reason factors and result factors in the green growth system,then obtains the influence weight of each influencing factor.Fifth,the AHP and DEMATEL methods are used to evaluate the importance of the influence factors,according to the comprehensive weight to determine the key factors that have a significant impact to realize green growth.Then combined with the existing problems of China's 3PL industry,put forward some targeted recommendations.This paper finds that four factors,namely,resource recycling,information technology level,energy efficiency and green value orientation,are the key influencing factors.3PL corporate should be guided by the concept of green development,in the course of business operations should pay special attention to recycle materials,and advocate the concept of resource conservation and re-use.In addition,3PL corporate should focus on improving the level of information management technology,improve the efficiency of logistics activities,reduce operating costs and improve the overall efficiency of enterprises.While,improving energy efficiency is the essential meaning of green growth,3PL corporate should focus on energy-saving technology research and development,innovative work process and packaging materials to achieve the protection of the ecological environment at the same time,to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
