| The aero engine industry is the representative of cutting-edge technology and is the competitive highland of scientific and technological strength and military strength of all countries in the world.Because industrialization started too late,China’s aero engine industry has lagged far behind the world’s advanced level from the beginning.In recent years,with the rapid improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,advanced aero engines have become an indispensable part of the national strategy.H Company is a professional development and production enterprise of a certain system of aero engine,which undertakes more and more heavy model development tasks and production delivery tasks.In the face of the severe situation and tasks,in order to keep up with the national strategy and ensure the good and rapid development of the aero engine industry,enterprises must scientifically optimize the human resource management model and give full play to the efficiency of people.Performance appraisal plays an important role in the process of enterprise operation and management,and whether the strategic goals formulated by enterprises can be finally achieved depends largely on whether it has a systematic and scientific performance appraisal system.This paper first studies and expounds the theory of performance management,mainly studying performance management methods such as balanced scorecard,key performance indicators,and target management.Subsequently,based on the current situation of H Company,the organizational structure and performance appraisal status of H Company were analyzed,and in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys were conducted on H Company employees,and the problems of performance appraisal of H Company were in-depth,and the root causes of the problems were analyzed,and the root causes of the problems were analyzed.Based on the problems found and the reasons,through the modern performance appraisal theory,combined with the actual situation of H Company,this paper adopts the performance appraisal method of combining balanced scorecard and key performance indicators,decomposes the strategic objectives of H Company from the four dimensions of balanced scorecard finance,customer,internal operation,learning and growth,designs the key performance indicators of H Company,and decomposes them into company-level,department-level and employee-level assessment index system.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal system,this paper further optimizes the performance appraisal mechanism,strengthens organizational leadership,establishes a performance leading group,and clarifies the responsibilities of relevant departments.Finally,in the implementation process,the enthusiasm and initiative of employees are also enhanced by strengthening publicity and training,strengthening incentive orientation and other measures. |
