With more and more fierce market competition, it becomes focus which entSAPr ises increasingly concern that how will the manufacturing entSAPrises continuously o ptimize the entSAPrise operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Prod uction logistics as one of the most important part of the whole delivery cycle has been increasingly recognized. H as a world manufacturing entSAPrises, which introduce T oyota lean and management concept and combine its own production management ch aracteristics, has optimized its production logistics. This thesis use production logistic s of product 6L0 of H to bring in relative theoretical method of lean concept and apply this concept to the production logistics optimization of 6L0 which accept obvious eff ect.Based on the introducing of research background, the second chapter of the thesi s narrates relative theoretical basement about production logistics and lean concept w hich lays a theoretical foundation for the latter research; the third chapter introduces t he briefing of H and the basic information of key product 6L0 and describes productio n logistics optimization of H which guide direction for the current analysis and optimi zation of latter article.The thesis utilizes Value Stream Map analytical method of lean concept in the fo urth chapter, with logistic procedure of H's 6L0 product as research object, it draws th e current state diagram and simply describe the operating procedure of 6L0 and proce eds from data analysis and discovers the problems existed in the production logistics o f 6L0. Optimized object of the production logistics has been confirmed and object Val ue Stream Map then be drawn.The fifth chapter is this key point of the thesis, aiming at the problems existed in production logistics which was analyzed before in 6L0, introduces four kinds of mana gement method of lean thinking to optimize respectively for stock of production logist ics system, production system and delivery system and use the icon data to analyze its application. We can see from the optimization analysis, these methods have played a different degrees of contribution on the improvement of the H ent SAPrise's productio n logistics segments.In conclusion, this thesis studies H entSAPrise production logistics optimization and its innovation points, whose characteristics are as follows:First, using the value stream tools to discover existing wasting points in the logistics of waste and targeted to solve. Value stream tools as a tool to identify waste in companies operating, are used in this thesis, more directly and objectively reflect the wasting point existed in the key segment of H ent SAPrise logistics activity.Second, the combination of VMI and EDI method, which use efficient and transparent information flow to eliminate the excessive inventory in the supply chain operation. It aims at VMI inventory management mode of main suppliers, and then adopt the method of EDI information sharing, not only eliminate the traditional warehouse, but speed up the supply chain inventory turnoverThird, the usage and improvement of internal Milk run tool. To apply the idea of Milk run concept to the material supply of internal ent SAPrise, to combine board tools, and to set up internal drive timing quantitative conveying system reduce the operation inventory of the internal entSAPrise and product delivery cycle.The research process and conclusion of this thesis have some reference meaning for other similar ent SAPrises.
