Study On Ways To Improve Young Civil Servants’ Satisfaction For Job In Sat

The civil servants in the State Administration of Taxation (SAT) undertake important task of implementing the taxation laws, regulations and policies, and collecting and administrating the national revenue according to laws. As our country’s systems of civil servant have been progressively improved and the mechanisms of examination and selection are increasingly mature in recent years, more and more talented young people have joined the working group of SAT and are becoming the backbone of every department and post. But the huge social change in material and moral has brought up their completely different group characteristics and value orientation. Few of research concerning civil servants’satisfaction for their job in SAT have been done and the achievements are very limited in our country. Yet it, especially for young civil servants’one, hasn’t been done in G Province Office of SAT. Through making deep investigation and research into young civil servants’satisfaction for their job in G Province Office of SAT from three elements which are bases, individual development and social approval, the paper analyses the main factors and component relations that have been restricting it, and clearly advances the methods and ways to enhance it. They are optimizing the working environment and requital which can meet the basic need of young civil servants as far as possible, building the platform which is helpful for their growth and can widen the ways for their occupation development, and molding the SAT Culture which can raise the social approval for that job and heighten young civil servants’ loyalty. It is highly expected that the research could provide useful and valuable reference for improvement of young civil servants’ satisfaction for job in SAT.
