In human resource management, the most important thing is to motivate and drive mechanism. Therefore,, the incentive mechanism for further research and analysis, a new height is of extraordinary significance to Human Resources Management Bureau of grassroots. The key to the success of human resource management is the scientific incentive mechanism. In the main body of the State Tax Bureau, the State Tax Bureau staff development is a double-edged sword, they not only have the creativity and power, but also a destructive power. In short, they can lead to a successful State Tax Bureau, the State Tax Bureau will be back. At present, the United States, many internal revenue service can not effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, resulting in higher employee turnover rate and low job satisfaction.B District State Tax Bureau is one of the five units of A City, C Province, in recent years, with the expansion of the State Tax Bureau and the transformation and development, the introduction of more and more high level of young talent as a new employee, for the rapid transformation of the State Tax Bureau has played a catalytic role and can not be ignored. However, accompanied by the rapid growth of the IRS and the addition of young blood, the current traditional employee incentive system has been unable to meet the requirements of modern human resource management system. B District, A City, the State Tax Bureau is currently under the new era of the need to carry out functional adjustment, the establishment of the National Tax Bureau staff innovation incentive mechanism is difficult, in order to maintain a good health and development of the State Tax Bureau, the State Tax Bureau staff incentive problems in the eyebrow.
