The Effect Of Increase On The Qualtiy Of Export Product

This paper based on the studying of relevant literature about the classical theory showed the importance for a country's economy which based on the FDI and the quality of the export goods. Then we start at the 2005-2010, five years'FDI and export good's quality's data, find the reason why the data changes and why the changes different in different location and industries. At the empirical study part we based on the matching data consisted of the FDI data by search from 2005 to 2010, China's industrial enterprises and customs trade data, and use the FA-ELM machine to fill up the lost data. From the quality perspective, this paper has a empirical analysis on this issue, the results shows that:FDI increase had a positive effect on the quality of export product. In addition, this paper also finds that the effect of FDI increase on export product quality has differences in industries, regions, the higher the industry's capital intensity and the R&D efficiency, the more positive effect; the positive effect on Leading area of economic development is much bigger than underdeveloped regions. Our study has important enlightenment for the improvement of FDI regulations and the cultivation of new export competitiveness.
