Research On Supply Of China's Higher Engineering In College Students And Manufacturing Industry Development

In our country, the scale of cultivation of higher engineering talents has accounted for three percent of the scale of higher education, but the training quality of higher engineering graduates, especially the ability level has a large gap with the international advanced level. The development of manufacturing industry plays an important role in the supply of higher engineering talents, and the supply of higher engineering talents should meet the needs of the development of manufacturing industry. Of higher engineering talent supply and manufacturing development have what relation; the economic and social development, industrial structure upgrading of personnel training put forward new requirements, the engineering and technical personnel training how to reflect the regional distribution and manufacturing industries transfer and other issues witch plays an important role in the engineering education in China's future development orientation and planning.This article combines theoretical research with empirical research. Analysis on the present situation and the development of the manufacturing industry of our country's higher engineering talents, with High-tech zone as an example. How to adapt to the development of manufacturing industry intelligence, information technology, high-end development needs is the content of the author's research.Based on the research of many scholars at home and abroad over a large number of relevant data collected in 2008 to 2013, we analyzed the correlation of higher engineering talent supply situation, structure and Industrial Structure Situation docking supply engineering talents in China.
