The Study On The Economic Development Model Of Reservoir Resettlement

The economic development of reservoir resettlement has been a global problem.According to the theory of system engineering,the immigration work involves many aspects and links with each other.Since 1949,China has built a large number of hydropower stations or reservoir projects,nearly more than 86 thousand seats,the resulting number of reservoir immigrants is huge,up to about 25 million people.Country resettlement has been the way agriculture is still the main place,and will continue to implement agricultural resettlement mainly resettlement,but now with the social and economic development,this arrangement was increasingly exposed its limitations and adaptability,leading to the development of continuing slow economic migrants,while not conducive to social harmony and stability of economic migrants.Currently all over the country has not yet relatively mature development model,under the existing development condition and need in accordance with the requirements of building a new socialist countryside,follow the socialist market economy and the law of development,to explore the characteristics of the times,the innovation,for compliance reservoir resettlement agricultural resettlement mode of economic development,the issue of economic development of the majority of the current existence of the resettlement area has important practical significance.In view of this,based on the background of new rural construction and sustainable development on the basis of the empirical research on the reservoir resettlement and typical case,construct the reservoir resettlement agricultural resettlement mode of economic development.In this paper,describes the change process of reservoir resettlement mode in China and the limitations of the resettlement mode of agricultural resettlement.A typical case of the reservoir resettlement work experience was analyzed and summed up,the reservoir resettlement of immigrants agricultural economy development influence factors mainly include four aspects: industrial structure,human resources,infrastructure and organizational management.According to the basic content of socialist new rural construction andagricultural migrants resettlement,the combination of economic migrants and rural construction and also by the theory of sustainable development and the reservoir immigration economy as the basis,to explore the construction of reservoir resettlement agricultural resettlement mode of economic development.Finally,in order to evaluate the effect of the implementation of the economic development model,the evaluation index system of immigrant economic development model is constructed by using the comprehensive evaluation method,and the risk evaluation and analysis of the construction of the development model is carried out.
