Research Into Guizhou's Industrial Transfer Undertaken Outside Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Industrial transfer is essentially a cross-regional flow of production factors,it is a indispensable aspects to economic development.For more developed regions,the transfer of industries can optimize its industrial layout,transfer the fading industry.For the more backward regions,industrial transfer can facilitate their upgrading of the industrial structure,promote the industrialization process.Industrial transfer is an important strength source of Transcendent strategy for the less developed regions.Since the implementation of the western development strategy,the economy of Guizhou Province has achieved a rapid development.The level of industrialization,urbanization,and modernization constantly improve.The industrial structure has also been a certain amount of optimization and upgrading.Abase of the strengther economic,with the cost of labor,land and other factors of production rising in eastern part,Guizhou Province is becoming an important undertaking of industrial transfer.Industrial transfer enhance the level of comprehensive economic in Guizhou Province,the development of a number of competitive industries.However,except for the rapid economic development,there have been numerous problems such as uncoordinated industrial structure;mode of production is not environmentally friendly,low efficiency of resource use and so on.Currently,in the background of building ecological civilization,Guizhou Province proposed to vigorously promote the development of new urbanization,build sustainable development and construction of green type,intensive,coordinated urban and rural society.Therefore,in the background the central issue of this article is how to undertake industrial transfer,and how to achieve the goal of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,social sustainable intensive development.Many scholars at home or abroad from different perspectives put forward many valuable views and suggestions of the issues of industry transfer-related.But few scholars conduct research related to the actual economic situation of Guizhou Province.Especially in the current build new urbanization social background,Guizhou how to undertake the eastern industrial transfer issues related research is very few.This paper based on the actual situation of Guizhou Province,Research how to undertake industrial transfer to promote the construction of new urbanization process,for improving the industrial structure hierarchy level perspective.Empirical and theory analysis approach are taken by the article.The focuses research of this paper on Guizhou Province how to undertake the external transfer of industry by quantitative and qualitative analysis,as well as future development strategy and policy trends.The thesis is divided into six chapters,the first is to sort out the theory of industry transfer at home and abroad,the new urbanization theory.And analyze the literature in recent years to undertake research perspectives related aspects of industry,and put forward my own thesis.Secondly,to analyze the feature of new urbanization and industrialization in Guizhou Province,and the problems of number of foreign investment in various industries large fluctuations,the uneven distribution of industries and regions to undertake.Then,with the industrial transfer coefficient moderate and dynamic aggregation index model,to quantitative analyze the specific industries of Guizhou undertake four provinces and one city.According to the current economic situation,qualitative analyze the future of the industry to be undertaken by Guizhou Province.Finally,based on the above analysis,in the background of construction the new urban society,proposed the policy of Guizhou Province how to undertake the transfer of industries in the future.The recommendation as following: based industries to seek balanced development,promote the coordinated development of new urbanization and industy undertaken,simultaneously improve the level of modern industry and services,government to strengthen macro-control and policy guidance.
