The development of economic relies on the financial system village banks is an important part of the new financial system in our country,which is an important "weapons" for the development of our country.And the village banks are of great importance for the prosperity of the rural economy.Establishing a new type of rural financial institutions to improve the rural financial environment is the economic development of the important tasks of the rural areas in Henan province and the village banks undertake the important task of providing financial services.Bank of village Banks in China so far,the pilot villages and to wns reform many times,and in recent years,governments devoted more attention to the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",to provide more support for rural banks,to a large extent for incentive role in the development of village banks in our country,for playing a significant role in the development of rural economy.As a traditional agricultural province,Henan has a great number of rural population,and the first industry occupies a larger proportion in the economy.Compared with the eastern coastal cities,the speed of Henan province’s economic development is relatively slow,and the vast rural and small town economic development level is still limited.Although in recent years the country put forward the strategy of the construction of the central plains economic zone,but the overall economic level still has certain gap with the developed provinces.The develo ping course of Henan province village Banks is still short,most of the village Banks in Henan province just has a history of only five or six years,a variety of system and mechanism is not perfect,and the development experience is lacking.The Henan province analyses thoroughly the shareholding system reform of the commercial Banks generally,capital strength and further enhance the overall competitiveness,and the market competition that village Banks are facing is very fierce.There are many problems in the development of rural Banks of Henan province,such as in financing,risk controlling,credit rating,the degree of social recognition,innovation of financial products,which is both opportunity and chal lenge for rural banks,and to some extent hindered the development of village Banks.This paper is first based on qualitative analysis,theoretical analysis and model analysis,then quantitative analysis,empirical analysis and comparative analysis as auxiliaries,based on the development of rural Banks in Henan province advantage,development present situation,problems and reasons,the development experience,development of rural Banks at home and abroad for reference,puts forward appropriate countermeasures and tehpaper can be divided into six chapters:in the first chapter,introduction mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,for defining the relevant concepts;in the second chapter,the rural financial market related research both at home and abroad,the literature profile and this paper expounds some theories foundation;in the third chapter,we analyzed the strengthens of village banks in Henan province,for example,the large demand of financial relatively flexible mechanism and policy support,geographical advantages and so on.Then,comes the fourth chapter,focus of this paper,which introduces the regional distribution of village Banks in Henan province,the registered capital and the development of management present situation,and points out problems existing in the process of development of rural banks: low degree of social recognition,less rural bank branches,unstable source of funds,less risk control ability insufficiency.Besides,the regulatory system is not sound and innovative business and lack of professional talents,and analyzes the reason of the problem;in the fifth chapter,we take six village banks both home and abroad as example,put forward the development of rural banks in Henan province experience revelation;last,the sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper and policy suggestions.Combining with the specific situation of Henan province,the current situation of the development of village banks and have the software and hardware conditions,targeted put forward the Henan rural banks can take the next step development path measures,so as to provide some references for the de velopment of village banks in henan province.
