Research On The Current Situation,and Transformation Development Of Rural Nursing Homes In Fu Jian Province

Since the founding of the first rural retirement home in 1956 by the New China Government,rural nursing homes have become the main form of pension for the rural five-guarantee households.Under the impetus of China's socio-economic reform and development,the connotation and function of rural nursing homes have been gradually enriched and perfected,and the provision and protection of elderly care services have been continuously improved.However,with the aging of the population in our country,especially with the aging of the rural population,the problem of rural old-age care has once again taken off on paper,and has become a hot issue of concern to the government and all walks of life.Although Fujian rural old people's homes were built with the concerted efforts of all levels of governments in Fujian and all sectors of the society,they have achieved remarkable results.However,there are still equalization of financial investment,homogenization of service content,simplification of service targets,marginalization of volunteer services,and service professionalism.Problems such as poor sex.Based on the in-depth study of the academic research results,this paper aims at the current problems in the development of rural nursing homes in Fu jian.From the perspective of public goods supply theory,this paper analyzes the current advantages of rural nursing homes in Fu jian from the perspectives of supply entities,supply decisions,and supply supervision.Disadvantages.Through the empirical analysis of some nursing homes in Fujian,the problems existing in Fujian rural nursing homes were verified,and then the feasibility and necessity of the transformation and development of rural nursing homes in Fu jian were clarified,and the content and direction of transformation and development were clarified.At the end of this paper,it is proposed that the market positioning of rural nursing homes,the development of a three-dimensional comprehensive service model,and the rational use of the PPP model are the main measures for realizing the transformation and development of rural nursing homes in Fu jian.
