As China's economy being in the transformation period, both domestic political and economic environment and enterprise internal environment indicate great uncertainty and complexity. And platform enterprises have to face more complex and changing market conditions when compared with other types of company because of their cross-network externality, users' interdependency and demand complementary. Improvisation as a tool that allows us to make effective management besides the traditional skills, therefore, the organization improvisation can help the managers to handle emergencies and to improve the organization's adaptability and flexibility.Based on a literature review, we proposed the influence mechanism model of organizational improvisation by the grounded theory, and then make empirical research on sample data collected from questionnaires. Empirical results show that as following:(1) Uniting people, development capabilities, management operations and enterprises management have a significant positive impact on the organizational improvisation;(2)Technology absorption capacity and technical innovation capability have a significant positive impact on the organizational improvisation;(3)The hyper-competitive environment positively adjusts relationship between enterprises management and organizational improvisation, and it also positively adjusts relationship between technology absorption capacity and organizational improvisation.
