At present, in the process of effectiveness evaluation of enterprise recruitment, often using competency model analysis. Through the competency model in recruitment in the process of measurement, enterprises can reduce the risk of hiring mistake caused, saving the cost of hiring at the same time, also for enterprises to recruit into the appropriate personnel. Paper with PH company as the research object, combining with the relevant theory of recruitment, competency model theory, PH company recruitment situation, etc, through the competency model in the analysis of application of PH company recruitment process, based on competency model for the effectiveness of the security measures are studied, based on the competency model is obtained for effect of the PH value of the concrete conclusion:hiring process scientific, fair and orderly organization process, the result is, men really do. Using competency model to make the company hiring the organization to adopt a more scientific evaluation standard, also avoid the past evaluation pattern of personal experience and can promote the transition of the function of the human resource management.Corporate recruiters must provide all-round and multi-level considerate service, we must promote humanized management in the process of recruiting, intimate service, continuously through the network search and screen candidates, from the vast amounts of candidate information using advanced information technology initiative to choose will become the norm in hiring. Effectiveness evaluation on the use of competency model in recruitment, to further improve the quality and level of the recruitment will be decided enterprise core competitiveness one of the important factors of the future market. Due to the junior, lack of opportunities for PH company further in-depth investigation, research, so the company in the recruitment of PH of potential excitation analysis also shortcomings, expected in the future research can continue to understand information related to the recruitment in the software development industry, and participate in practice.
