The global economic integration brings enterprises not only the competition of products and services,but also the competition of human resources.In today's ‘competition of enterprises is talent competition',how to acquire excellent talents to achieve strategic goals is attracting more and more attention from enterprises and human resources workers.Recruitment,as the main channel for enterprise to obtain talents,plays a fundamental role in human resource management;but with the diversified development of personnel quality requirements,the traditionally empirical talent selection method has been unable to meet the enterprises' development demands,and more scientific and objective methods are needed for talent selection.Comprehensive recruitment evaluation system is needed as a new method for personnel selection,which is through standardized job description,reasonable prediction process and flexible recruitment method to scientifically find talents matching position for the enterprise.Company A is a US funded pharmaceutical enterprise,and it is strict in personnel quality,but in the process of recruitment,its recruitment evaluation system still has many deficiencies,for its evaluation process and results are too subjective and arbitrary.In order to do better recruitment and to meet Company A's development requirements,it is necessary to improve the recruitment evaluation system of Company A.This paper first summarizes the development of the competency assessment technologies at home and abroad,the theory of competency assessment and the research literature applied in recruitment at home and abroad.On this basis,the competency assessment theory is introduced to improve the recruitment evaluation system of Company A.Through the combination of theory and practice,the existing problems and the causes of Company A's recruitment process and recruitment evaluation system are summarized.Based on these problems,corresponding improvement suggestions for Company A's recruitment evaluation system are put forward.And taking the position of Analytical Scientist Supervisor as an example,the competency assessment model is constructed,including evaluation indexes,evaluation weight and evaluation tools.Through this research,it is hoped to improve the recruitment evaluation system of Company A,and ensure Company A's recruitment work to be objective,scientific and efficient,for meeting and promoting the realization of Company A's business goals and strategic goals.
