| Recruitment management as the most important part of the human resource management,which is very important to enterprise’s recruitment policies and system construction,in order to meet the needs of the development of enterprise management and enterprise strategy implementation,the effectiveness of the recruitment work is increasingly important.Modern human resources management requires use of scientific evaluation system for the quality of staff,knowledge and potential to make objective and fair evaluation.Based on K enterprises as the research object,this paper proposed based on the competency model software developers to design relevant index system,adopt the combination of qualitative and quantitative method for case study.This study firstly on predecessors’ research results is reviewed and summarized,analyzed the past competency related research results and the status quo,put forward the research meaning and research purpose of this study.This article through to"iceberg model",related to the competency elements in reference and expert team,behavioral event interview method,optimized the K enterprise original software developers competency model.Secondly,in order to ensure the company K software developers competency model is scientific and accuracy,with the method of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis by SPSS software according to the analysis of the recycling and finishing,identified K enterprise software developer competency model by knowledge and skills,including autonomy,analytical ability,learning ability,innovation ability and compressive ability,interpersonal items including the the ability to trust others,teamwork,cooperation and support,personal qualities including standardization,rigor,target management ability,problem-solving ability.A total of 12 competencies in these three areas were measured by the amount of variation of 67.031%,which proved that they could represent the competence of the enterprise software developers.Finally,the integrated use of the expert group method,first USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the K enterprise software development personnel competence evaluation system of the weight of evaluation indexes at all levels,then apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation decision theory,construct the competency evaluation index.A software developer for K enterprises competency of comprehensive quantitative evaluation,find out a method and approach,the quantitative evaluation of the practice of the development of the theory of competency.Based on the competency of human resources management implements the scientific quantitative management of software development position K company,both provides the promotion enterprise’s recruitment effectiveness,and the planning of human resources management for the enterprise provides scientific theoretical basis and methods. |
