Different from the technological innovation and product innovation, business model innovation is more difficult to form a patent to protect its innovation. This paper mainly focused on the business model innovation based on type structure and anti imitation ability.Firstly, this paper analyzed the domestic and foreign scholars on the business model structure, innovation theory, enterprise strategic view, knowledge diffusion and other related paper. Secondly, this paper discusses and summarizes the business model of the plate model, combined with the relationship between the practice of business model innovation in the sector, the construction of several major types of business model innovation, and the decomposition of several types of the plate elements, discusses the relationship between different types of innovation and the main characteristics of the plate. Furthermore, the author with innovation types as the basis for analysis, the attraction and barriers as two main dimensions, the business model innovation of different types of decomposition to the two dimensions as the coordinate of the coordinate system, discusses the characteristics of different types of business model innovation and anti imitation ability. Finally, in order to illustrate the construction of a business model innovation type characteristic and the anti imitation ability analysis of applicability, this paper conducts a case study by two well-known companies of mobile medical industry, analyzes the types of their business model innovation strength and anti imitation ability.Based on the structure of the type of business model innovation, research on business model structure has been discussed in this paper, and the different types of innovation business model of anti imitation ability has been discussed in this paper. In the era of business model innovation, this research has a certain reference significance.
