Founded in March 1985, T Company is a Chinese state-owned company which specializes in manufacturing double-sided, multilayer, high layer HDI, and any layer HDI printed circuit boards(PCBs). T Company enjoys good sales in US, Europe, Japan, Singapore and HK etc.In the past 20 years, US market is one of the major markets of T Company. However, as a Chinese company, T Company is not well known in US market. Even worse, in recent years, due to the increasingly severe competition from domestic and foreign competitors, T Company's competitive position is further weakened in US market. The company's senior management has repeatedly stressed the need to develop an effective sales plan in order to enhance the visibility and market share of the company in US market. Hence, it is necessary and significant to develop a sales plan as guidance for practice.This paper, taking the 2015 sales plan of T Company's PCB product for US market as research object, based on the current development status of T Company's US market, the analysis of overall competition environment of PCB industry and specific competitors in US market, and the advantage and disadvantage of T Company in US market, decides marketing strategy suitable for US market, develops detailed sales plan and conducts analysis and control of risk so as to ensure smooth implementation and successful achievement of the sales plan. Meanwhile, the author hopes this paper will contribute to the sustainable development of T Company.
