The development of science and technology promotes electronic commerce network economy. E-commerce channels transaction scale tends to go up, while off-line traditional channels are shrinking even at a standstill. Developing e-commerce has become an urgent choice to expand the market size. At present, the traditional business e-commerce operation is still at the initial stage, therefore, to improve and optimize the e-commerce operation has important theoretical and practical significance. However, when faced with the development of e-commerce, the traditional companies tend to follow the way of operation, which they have used in the off-line channels. Because of this, there are a serious of problems raised in the operational process, resulting in the operational effect is not ideal. Traditional companies need to optimize and adjust the operation strategy according to the needs of on-line development, in order to adapt to the rapid development of e-commerce and win in the fierce market competition.The main research object of this paper is A Trading Co., Ltd. By using the methods of case analysis, comparative analysis, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper studies the e-commerce's concept and content, e-commerce operation's concept, related theories and operation conditions, analyzes advantages and disadvantages of traditional business in the operation of e-commerce. At the same time, take the author's our years of work experience in A Trading Co., Ltd. for example, this paper compares the on-line and off-line channels, analyzes on-line e-commerce shop's operation scheme and operation data, conducts analysis of the on-line electric shop operation of A Co., Ltd, then puts forward the problems existing in the online business shop operation, the solutions of problems and operation optimization scheme.The main research contents of this paper include: on the one hand, the study of the overall operational status in A Co. Ltd, including the organizational framework for electronic commerce, goods structure, the information system, logistics and courier, customer service and maintenance programs, marketing and promotional events, online display, etc. On the other hand, research the operation result of A Co. Ltd electronic commerce at present, including sales, advertising costs, customers into the store, goods inventory, sales ratio of each category of digestibility, proportion of on-line industry, store evaluation results and so on, to measure overall of the operation.Through the analysis, the paper draws the following conclusions: at present, the problems of operation are existed in the related part of operation process and supply chain, promotion and marketing, the introduction and maintenance customer, and so on. These problems have seriously restricted the expansion of the company scale of e-commerce. In order to put forward the corresponding solutions to solve these problems, enterprises should first take serious of the importance of electronic commerce in the future development to the company, and especially let every aspects in the company realize and meet the needs of the development in electronic commerce. Although some of the problems caused by the industrial environment are difficult to solve, but the companies can set a plan step by step to strive to keep up with the step of the development of electronic commerce, and make full use of the opportunity of the development of electronic commerce to expand the size of the company's market.
