Impact Of The Export Trade From Xinjiangto Kyrgyzstanowing To Kyrgyzstan Joining The Eurasian Economic Union

With the development of economic globalization and the advancement of the world economy, economy between countries become closer, although the economic integration organization will brings developing countries more opportunities and conditions, but also bring some impact to countries outside the organization.Therefore, Kyrgyzstan joining to The Eurasian Economic Union will bring some impactto the export from Xinjiang to Kyrgyzstan.The EEU was established in 2015 and China proposed "the Silk Road Economic Belt" in the year 2013.Combined with the new policy of Kyrgyzstan and the close trade relations between China and Kyrgyzstan, this paper has great theoretical and practical significance through analyzing the impact of the export trade from Xinjiang to Kyrgyzstan owing to Kyrgyzstan joining the EEU.This paper has five parts. Firstly, elaborate the background and significance of the topic, then analyzes domestic and foreign relevant theoretical research, and summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of this paper. Secondly, review Xinjiang and Kyrgyzstan trade status, and measure trade potential between Xinjiang and Kyrgyzstan. Thirdly, describe the accession of Kyrgyzstan joining to the EEU, and analyze the influence on the trade to Kyrgyzstan of Xinjiang because of Kyrgyzstan policy change after it has joined the EEU. Fourthly, establish regression equation and measure the degree of influence on the export trade to Kyrgyzstan of Xinjiang by tariffs, exchange rate, final resident consumption and foreign direct investment. Finally, offer countermeasures and suggestions for Xinjiang to deal with the negative impact of Kyrgyzstan joining the EEU.In this paper, By measuring the degree of influence on the export trade to Kyrgyzstan of Xinjiang through the analysis of tariffs, exchange rate, final resident consumption and foreign direct investment, it comes to conclusion that the tariff is the vital factor, the impact of the exchange rate can't be ignored, FDI can pull the export trade from Xinjiang to Kyrgyzstan. Our government should strengthenfinancial cooperation withKyrgyzstanand promote the construction of "the Silk Road Economic Belt", besides establish a free trade area with the EEU and so on.Enterprises should pay attention to improve the quality of their products, increase investment, and establish early warning mechanism against Kyrgyzstan.
